From Service Technicians and Installers to Project Coordinators and Dispatchers, this team specializes in the implementation of BMI’s vast array of programs and services. Strong communication and technical skills are essential, and employees in this department are passionate about customer service.
Sales:
Our Facility Consultants and Project Sales Engineers are trained to be expert listeners so that they can tailor BMI’s programs to customers’ specific needs. While mechanical design expertise is required to become a Project Sales professional, our Facility Consultants come from a variety of professional backgrounds. All members of the sales team understand mechanical fundamentals and have the ability to drive a financially based sales process.
Business Systems:
This department is the backbone of BMI, covering such business essentials as accounting, human resources, and administration. Each member of this team is a specialist in their field and shares a common passion to deliver and exceptional customer experience.
