A 60-Ton Rooftop Unit Upgrade for the Porterville Police Station

Replacing large HVAC equipment requires careful planning, experienced technicians and close coordination. For the Porterville Police Station, our team completed the replacement of a 60-ton rooftop unit while keeping safety, efficiency and project timelines at the forefront.

Because the new unit matched the existing footprint, we completed a like-for-like replacement that streamlined the installation process. Along with the rooftop unit, we also replaced the facility’s service disconnect to support reliable system operation.

Managing Every Step of the Project

Successful HVAC projects involve more than installing new equipment. They require attention to permitting requirements, scheduling and communication.

As part of this project, we completed the required Title 24 documentation to support the permitting process and help ensure compliance with California’s energy standards. Our team also coordinated closely with the crane company to plan the lift and maintain a safe work environment from start to finish.

Every detail was carefully managed so the project could move forward without unnecessary delays.
